I went to Vodacom Craighall on 30 November to transfer ownership of my Vodacom contract as I need it to be in my name. I had all my paperwork in order and Grace assisted me. I was told I would get a phone call that day or soon after. I went away in December and got back 5 January and I had still not received a message. i went back to Craighall and they said Head Office was dealing with it and they will phone me. 2 weeks later I still did not have any communication so I went back. I was told that Sheryl at Hyde Park deals with transfers and she was working on it and she would call me back. NO ONE at Craighall would take responsibility!! I myself drove to Hyde Park to speak to Sheryl in person. She checked my profile and said it was done as a New Contract and not a Transfer??? She redid everything on 17 Jan. I want to upgrade my contract but I can't as it is not in my name!!! This is ridiculous. Grace even had the cheek to phone me today to "let me know that they have the iPhone 5 in stock"!
