Applied to have a transfer of contract from my Mothers name to mine, Vodacom declined me. I have no problem with the decline, but i have not heard the reason for being declined. I have the right to hear why i have not been able to receive "credit". I contacted the call center hoping that they could help me but they say i need to go back to the Vodacom shop (for the 4th time) where i applied for the transfer.
