ACCOUNT SUSPENDED DUE TO

Started using vodacom this year in my enire life then well.
Took a contract with them and its two lines one being used by my uncle. My parents are using vodacom as well as my girlfriend.1stly I make an airtime transfer to my girlfriend it goes successful i do the same to my 2 brothers then when I try to my parents it says my monthly limit is reached, I call vodacom to increase my limit then they tell me they have to de-activate the transfer service then i have to call tomorow. I do as instructed i call the next day told it was activated and should work within 24hrs. Well 24hrs reached this time it states Im not provisioned to do an airtime transfer. I call them they say they will log a query regarding the transfer service withing 48hrs. Then 48hrs still no response I call them again they say 24hrs i call in 24hrs another 24hrs. I do so then a consultant explained i can only transfer airtime the following month since i reached my limit for the month I cant increase at this point. Ok i understand. Week later "SERVICE SUSPENDED". I call vodacom then they tell me they suspect cause I called them many many times for my limit to be increased. Well now my life is on stand still. PLEASE HELP!!!
