Ok I made a mistake I gave the incorrect number (one digit wrong) I called the call centre and they informed me I had to call the number and ask them to transfer the airtime back to me. How ever the number does not exist!! I called the call centre back to inform them and ask if they can do the transfer but I was told NO .
The reason being is they do not have the function on their side and there's nothing I can do.
So I want to know who's making the profit (100%) on the airtime and why cant they transfer it to me seems very simple to me, I have all the details slips etc so whats the problem?? I want my airtime!! Or goodbye vodacom!!
Any providers want my business???
