Worst communication/service ever experienced

I submitted paperwork for transfer of ownership of my contract on 30 November 2012 from someone else's name to mine. I have been back and forth trying to get this to happen with no avail. I have had communication from the CEO's office promising me feedback but OF COURSE i have received NOTHING!!! I am so frustrated with all of this now. WHAT IS THE DELAY??? WHY DOES IT TAKE 2 MONTHS TO TRANSFER A CONTRACT??!?!?!?!?!?!?
