Vodacom used to be a reliable company but I see after the years they lack in service and information. I transferred a contract to my name, at a cost of R150.00 for the transfer. I was ensured that that was the only cost involved in order to transfer. I paid this amount in-store, Tuesday I got debited another additional R150.00 for the transfer. You telling me it costs R300.00 to transfer a contract. Should you people not inform people that it is R300.00 in the first instance cause if that's the case I would have cancelled the contract and gone somewhere else. You people do not contact me I have to phone and then I get a response saying its admin fees. Nice way to rip people off! I can kiss that money goodbye, its not the amount its about the aspect! People need to sort your company out because I cannot wait to cancel this contract! Call centre advises it is R150.00 as well so please tell me why its R300.00 then. DONT PAY INSTORE I was told that the stores don't deal with H/O so you pay in store kiss your money goodbye! You need to start justifying what kind of business you are running with lack of communication between stores and H/O!
