On the 16.02.2013 I went to a Vodacom outlet in Carlton Centre for my upgrade. I wanted to upgrade to a Nokia Lumia 920, but was told that it is out of stock and that I should come back the following week. I went back on the 23.02.2013, I practically had to beg the lady to explain the different options to me and I was still told that it is out of stock and the lady told me to leave my details and she'll contact me on Tuesday (26.02.2013) or Wednesday (27.02.2013). I have not received any feedback to date and im considering cancelling my contract and taking my business elsewhere where I will be valued as a client.
