UNABLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH AGENT VIA CALL CENTRE

My phone was earlier this evening. I have for the past 30min been attempting to make contact with a Cell C agent in order to block my sim card, but have been unsuccessful as every time I select the voice prompted option to speak to a consultant, I am informed that my request could not accommodate at this time and I am given the option of returning to the main menu. As I am unable to make contact with the service provider, I will not be held responsible for any calls, data used, etc. after 19h00 this evening. I would also like to mention that attempts to contact Cell C Canal Walk on 021-555-1676 have also failed. I also attempted to log on to Cell C's website in order to obtain contact details and attempt to block my phone online, but it would appear as though Cell C's website is down as well. This type of service is completely unacceptable not to mention completely unprofessional. Shocking!!!
