Very very very disappointed

My contract is due for an upgrade.

I went to the Vodacom branch in Delmas on 8 July 2013 to see what phone I can get when I upgrade.
I saw one I would like but had been told that I must pay in R929 to get the phone. So I did not upgrade in the stores. When I went home I phone the upgrade department 0821959 and spoke to a lady there and see also told me that I must pay that amount in and a agian I just left it because is to much money to may in if I want to upgrade.
The day after (09.07.2013) that same lady phoned me back and told me I can upgrade and get that phone and don't have to pay anything in so I agreed and have been told I will receive the phone in 3 to 5 working days, they will deliver it at my work during working hours.
When I phoned vodacom again to trace my delivery the told me no upgrade has been made!!! So I will not receive any phone what so ever!
This is sooo disapointing, I can't believe Vodacom is so lame!!!
