Vodacom over-promises and under-delivers. PATHETIC

On 14/09/ 2013 I called on the Vodacom Repairs shop in Canal Walk. I wanted to upgrade my current phone and take out a new contract. I signed the necessary documentation (for the upgrade and new contract) and selected the Samsung S4mini (upgrade) and S3mini (new contract On top up 135 plus for R199 pm). I dealt with Dilshaad and Roxanne Arendse. They didn't have any stock and said they would contact me once new stock arrived. On 19/9/2013 I was informed that new stock arrived and I needed to collect my phones. I went to the store on 21/09/2013, only to be told that my phone was given to someone else. Nobody bothered to call and check whether I was still taking my phones. I've called on the store on 2 further occasions since then and still the store has no stock. They have now launched their Oct deal and Top up 135 plus package is now more expensive. I telephoned the store on a few occasions and spoke to Lance, Roxanne S and Steven (the manager) called me on 10/10/2013, undertaking to resolve the matter and give me feedback by 11/10/2013. I called Steven on 11/10/2013 and was informed by Tasneem that he was not available. Needless to say, i still have no feedback! RIDICULOUS
