Poor Service and no comminication

On the 13 Nov 2013 i upgraded my contract online.

i told the sales lady not to call the upgrade number when delivering but call my other number.
after a week i called to find out what was happening and was told it would be delivered in a day or two.
A week later i was told that they tried to call the upgrade number, which i specifically told them not to do, which went straight to voicemail.
Because it went to voicemail the phone was sent back to Vodacom.
i was told it would be reordered and delivered the next week. Phoned the next week and was told that the phone was given to someone else and there is now no stock.

There is stock in the one vodashop, so i now want to cancel the online upgrade and go in store and upgrade.
After spending the whole day being passed from call centre to call centre, dealing with incompetent staff again and no one being able to help eventually i was told it will take 3-5 working days.
I might as well cancel the contract and my business contracts and find someone that actually wants my business.

Its almost a month now to upgrade, which is ridiculous.
