So annoyed with Vodacom, get an sms Wednesday 17 April 2013 saying that I can get my contract upgraded, so today (17 April 2013) I go to a Vodacom shop near to do the upgrade, only to be told by the sales consultant (who was very helpful) that I can only upgrade from 18 May 2013.

I then phoned 0821946 and the lady also said that I can only upgrade from 18 May 2013 and when I asked why I got the sms, the lady said it must have been a "technical error" what BS!!! Vodacom just wasted my time...

Really thinking of changing service providers after this!!!
