I went to MTN service provider on Friday 28/06/2013 to find out when I can upgrade. I was told I can upgrade my contract 01/08/2013. I requested that if its possible to upgrade earlier. I was advised by a lady (not sure of the sales lady's name think it is Maria), that I can upgrade 01/07/2013. Later that day I wanted to make sure that I will be able to upgrade and went back and confirmed with a salesman that was there. Yet again the lady (same as mentioned before) said I can upgrade 01/07/2013. I went to the branch only to be told that it is not possible. As I work for one of the biggest retail companies I know that this would be unacceptable.
