Went to Vodacom Greenstone on Sunday 3/02/2013, to upgrade my phone.
Mpoh said that no stock was available in the store, however she will get it within 3 working days of ordering.
On monday we went back, did the upgrade, paid the fees and was asked to pick up the galaxy note 2 on wednesday.
On wednesday 6/2/2013, Mpho phoned to say she was unable to get stock yet, but will have it the following day. She will phone to confirm.
When I did not receive the call, i tried to phone without success. I went to the shop just to arrive at a locked up shop, busy with Stock taking. Surely she was aware of the planned stock taking?
When I phoned on Friday (now almost a week later) she said that she was still unable to get a phone, she will try to get one from another shop. But now she can't tell me how long I will have to wait.
This is unacceptable. She did the upgrade, fully knowing that she might not be able to get stock. I am now not able to go to Vodaworld to just pick up a phone. I am unable to go to a shop with stock and get it from them either.
This is poor business practice.
