At the end of January I upgraded from a Blackberry to a Nokia Asha 311 at the Tygervalley Branch. In the next week I returned the phone to the store because the battery did not last more than a day and I had problems connecting to Wi-Fi and 3G. To date 5 Nokia Asha 311 have been tested in the store by the sales persons and none of them is working. Two has been given a software upgrade and still the phones are not working and giving the same problems as before. I have been communicating with Vodacom Customer Service, but they continue to supply me with faulty phones. When is someone going to realise that there is a problem with these phones? I have repeatedly asked Customer Service to reverse my upgrade so that I can receive a decent phone, but they refuse. They keep on issuing me a new Nokia, which is not in a working condition. This has now been carrying on for the last 6 weeks!!! I have kept all the email communications I had with Vodacom Customer Service.
