I have bought a new iMac and the screen started flashing and within 2 weeks. I was then told they would replace the pc rather than repair it. One week later, I was told to come collect the IMac only to find that it was my old one that had been "repaired" Upon taking it home and turning it on, nothing had changed - Screen still flashing and completely unusable.
I use this Imac for my home business having moved away from Microsoft and am now left with an old laptop on which to work. I cannot believe that Apple would be happy with the way their brand is being tarnished by such completely inept operators in Africa's largest market. I hope they make sure to review their relationship with Apple in South Africa
