I upgraded in September 2013. Had a Blackberry handset. No problems. Then got a Blackberry 9790. Bluetooth not working with my car or laptop. with effort it works with my Galaxy tab.
I brought this under the attention of Vodacom. I even had a software upgrade done for which I paid. Then another software upgrade which didn't solve the problem. I tested a 9790 of the technician in Polokwane. We then tested a Blackberry 9900. The same problem continued. Samsung and Nokia works and there is no problems with the Bluetooth connection to the car or other devices.
Blackberry replaced the phone with a brand new one. the same problems.
Vodacom is just dragging their feet and seems so unwilling to give me a new phone with the Bluetooth properly working.
