PENALISED FOR NO STOCK AVAILABLE

On the 14th of March 2013 we have applied for the "top up 135" contract for R99pm at Vodacom Keywest. The request was for 2 x phones (1 x Nokia Asha 302 & 1 x Samsung Chat B5330) on one contract which. I was contacted on the 19th of March by Dewald, who advised me that the contract was approved for the 2 phones. We wanted to collected the phones but there was only stock on the Nokia Asha302 and they could not issue only 1 phone. Dewald advised me that the Samsung was on back order and that he will phone me as soon as the stock has been received. Dewald contacted me on the 3rd April with the good news that they have received the Samsung stock but the Nokia Asha 302 is now out of stock and placed again on back order. On Tuesday the 9th of April I visited the store to find out what when can we collect our phones only to be advised by Dewald that they still don't have stock but that the special on these phones have now ended and is no longer available for R99 per month. I requested to speak to the Branch Manager but he could also not assist me. I am very unhappy about this for why must I be penalised and loose out on the special if Vodacom does not have stock.
