Something needs to be done

About 3 mnths ago, i took my blackberry to vodacom as it was giving me problems. I was given a refurbished phone as my one could not be repaired. I received a phone which was faulty and was in the meantime replaced with 3 other refurbished phones in a short space of time. Everytime my phone went in, I had no other phone and had to wait on vodacom. the phones that i received had broken trackpads and the screens were switching on and off. I reported this to vodacom and no apology nothing, i was told to call a no. to monitor the progress of these refurbished phones. two weeks ago my phone went in again & on saturday i received yet another refurbished phone & as usual the phone is switching on & off & the track pad is broken. I am now fed-up with vodacom, their refurbished phones & pathetic service. I honestly believe that i will receive better working phones and service from a street corner shop. I am now sitting again with yet another faulty phone. I do not want your faulty refurbished phones. I want this phone to be replaced. Vodacom has a total disregard for its customers. Vodacom is not consumer protections sensitive & if you cannot help me, maybe one of your directors will.
