In December 2012 I took out 3 contracts for Blackberry's. You will see on my account which phones they are. (9320). It was not long before they started giving me trouble. Two of the phones were serviced by Vodacom twice already, and the last time I took them in, one of the phones were even replaced. The third phone is also hanging a lot, but luckily is not used as often as the other two. The lady assisting me at Vodacom Menlyn, actually said that the Blackberry 9320 is known for this specific problems.
A week after I received the "new" phone, it started HANGING again. I am very unhappy about this, and I want Vodacom to release me from the 3 contracts on the phones. I have paid a lot of money for them and they are clearly not working.
I am however prepared to take out a new contract or do an UPGRADE at no cost. But I cannot go ahead working with these phones that keep on HANGING...
I spend between R 4 000 - R 5 000 per month on my account, and really hope that Vodacom will realize that I as a consumer is not getting what I am paying for.
