My cellphone got in a armed, and trying to get though to the 808 & 0831555 is worse than the ARMED . I have blocked my cell and blacklisted it but need to follow up with the CELL PHONE INCIDENT NUMBER!!!
On Saturday it took me almost three hours to get through to the call centre!!!
On Sunday for the past five hours, and still waiting!!!
I decided to call 173 and waited for 10 min before my call was answered, and spoke to a SUPERVISOR, MANDLA, at 8.30 and he PROMISED A SUPERVISOR FROM THE CONTRACT DEPT will call me within 15minutes!!!
Is SERVICE THAT BAD???
