I do not understand how there doors can still be open. After my complaint regarding the additional money that they took without my consent and knowledge, it would seem that incompetence has no boundaries.
I have been an subscriber with them for over 4 years, and the refund that they promised can not be processed, because they don't know if I have a savings or cheque account. But they have had my details for this period and have no problem taking money left right and centre when they can take it. Just don't expect them to know anything when they need to give it back. Best of all, I have to lick their to find out why I have not received my refund on the date that THEY advised it will happen.
I can't wait for 2014 so that I can leave this incompetence behind me. Usually Customer Service Centres tries and calm and make things better. Virgin Mobile excels at doing the opposite.
