In January I overpaid Virgin Mobile by R2 269.00 I was not able to get a refund so I was in credit with them until now I received an sms stating I owed them R183.14 which was paid on the 1st May 2013. Surprise surprise both my lines were disconnected. I find this totally unprofessional that there is always a problem with Virgin Mobile and by the looks of things there are plenty of unhappy customers out there. I am on the verge of going to stand outside Virgin Mobile shops and warn every person entering their shop on the bad service the public gets from Virgin Mobile. I have faxed proof of my payment through and still they will not reconnect me. Cannot wait for my contracts to end as I will never consider Virgin Mobile again. So disgusted with the unprofessional service and I will take this matter further now as my lines are always being disconnected even after I have paid.
