Been with Virgin Mobile for 4 years, and had trouble from the start!! Been with Virgin Money for couple of years, and I received a letter from them to inform me that my current credit card, thats due to expire the end of April, will not be renewed, due to me not qualifying?? Called the Call Centre, and spoke to "Pumla" and she couldnt find any reason, as I always pay more than needed, and I never skip payments!! I was promised a call back from "Pumla" and that was not done!! Virgin Money gets 10/10 for PATHETIC service!! Virgin Mobile/Virgin Money... People should stay away from "These'' "VIRGINS"
