I am owed a credit of just over R1000 by Virgin Mobile. It has taken them 2 months to sort this out. They said they deposited the money into my bank account on Monday and i have still not received anything. I want to know why my refund is taking so long and if they have done it i want my refund sent to me to [Email Removed] Firstly its disgusting that it takes this long and secondly i cant believe how bad there services are. Virgin Mobil in Johannesburg is the worst store i have ever had to deal with. They are lazy, negligent and they don't care about how they treat there customers.
