Virgin Mobile owes me money!

I am owed a credit of just over R1000 by Virgin Mobile. It has taken them 2 months to sort this out. They said they deposited the money into my bank account on Monday and i have still not received anything. I want to know why my refund is taking so long and if they have done it i want my refund sent to me to [Email Removed] Firstly its disgusting that it takes this long and secondly i cant believe how bad there services are. Virgin Mobil in Johannesburg is the worst store i have ever had to deal with. They are lazy, negligent and they don't care about how they treat there customers. There is just NO customer satisfaction. My number is 0782222132. My ID is 8602050208086. PHONE ME WITH A SOLUTION!!!
