To all subscribers to this network. Find yourselves a new cellphone company. They take your money with out your permission. they make empty promises. It has been almost a month that I have tried to get a refund out of them for money that was taken from my account without permission and knowledge. The below I received on 07 March '13

"The refund was processed today, you should receive the funds in 48 hours maximum."

This person does not give his/her name in their signature ever so I have no idea who I have been dealing with, but this morning still no refund.

Virgin Mobile has no idea wat customer service is and Richard Brandson should realy rethink the move he made employ the people that he has.
