I have just received the Virgin Mobile Statement: July2013 for the number 072 863 5813
My contract ended on the 8th of July as per Vitals sent to Virgin Mobile twice. I was assured this would not happen but as Virgin Mobile has always done, the promise was broken, I cannot wait to be completely rid of your company. I have had endless issues with Virgin Mobile throughout. Incorrect billing, sheriffs contacting me etc etc. If you have a look at my contract you will see the mess.
Do ensure I am not debited this amount as I simply cannot afford this ridiculous figure for no reason other than your companies incompetence and stupidity!!
