During December 2012 and end January 2013 I was recovering from a serious eye operation. I work for myself and did not receive a income for this period. End of January 2013 CellC debited my bank account for the arrears, although there was sufficient funds they did not dedeuct the full amount. About the middle February they phoned me about the outstanding amount and I arranged with them to deduct the full amount at the end of February. On the 23rd February the blocked my outgoing calls, since then till now 2nd March, my account has debited and my phone is still off. There is never anyone available who has authority, and they never phone back.
