As a south African I experience customer service from excellent to worst possible. My favorite for years was Home Affairs, but recently Virgin Mobile customer service surpassed all of that by miles. From unauthorized deleting the contracts through lying, deceiving, incompetence... so on. List go on and on. The worst thing that they only service is commenced trough call centre. For 1 week calling them was not able to reach any person who is in charge. They even give you wrong numbers to call managers. Just tired of listening that somebody will call me back in an hour and my problems will be solved. Virgin Mobile cust.service should be renamed to Virgin Deceptions and Incompetence at least.
