STILL NO ACCEPTABLE RESOLUTION

Virgin Mobile decided to black list me, I admit I did owe them money, how ever I had supplied them with other banking details where they were supposed to take money for paying the account. After that I did not hear from them again even though I still had 2 Virgin Sim cards that were active as well as they had my Vodacom Number and email address.

You see there is a route you should take, by law, before you black list some one and Virgin Mobile did not bother to follow the law. If they had bothered to ask me for the money again, after not taking it from the account I asked them to take it from, I would have paid it before trying to get a loan on a car.

Now because of their incompetence and Incredibly Poor customer service I have to pay an interest rate that is inflated.

Well done Sir Richard Branson, you must be so proud.
