Looks like the only way to get a response from virgin mobile is through hello peter, you go onto their website and ask them to contact you and you wait for days no answer, go onto hello peter they phone you within minutes, this morning I received a sms from my bank saying virgin mobile deducted money for the contract I took out, it came back unpaid because today is the 21st, my contract clearly states that I get my salary on the 25th and debit order date should be the 1st of each month, where you get this random date I can not understand. I refuse to get a bad credit record due to virgin mobile, as this is now the second fault on your side regarding the payment of my account. Sort this problem out now!!!
