In July 2012 I logged a complaint on this site regarding data charges. Vodacom contacted me and the person I spoke to said that an inhibitor will be put on my account so that I will not incur any additiona charges. This month I notice that I have data charges for the past month.

Again, I am on Blackberry BIS. I do not do live streaming and I do not dowload anything using my phone. How then do I have data charges? The previous time i was told that they cannot tell me where on the net I went to incur the charges or which app i'm using that could cause charges.

I will not accept that this time. I insits that a report indicating which websites or apps incurred the charges are given to me or the money for data refunded. I will not be charged for something when they cannot prove to me that I have used it or not.

Gary from advance data have been very helpful and have no placed the inhibitor that was apprently not on my account on the account.

I am desperate to finally have this matter resolved and my money refunded.
