O A new contract was signed on 13 February 2013 . Phone was faulty so it was returned 5 days later (within the 7 day period). We were assured we could cancel the contract if the problem was not fixed or a new one would be given to us.
Vodacom said they would give us a new one and they would get stock the next day. It is days 5 later and we still do not have a new cellphone and every time I phone the staff don't know about the phone or when we will be able to get one.
