I contacted your call centre sometime in last month regarding the data charges to my account. i have a blackberry phone and when i renewed my contract i migrated to the talk 100 package and since then I've been charged for data charges. i don't do live streaming and i did download songs but i did not download every single month.
can you please get someone to contact me so that i can sort this out.
i have since migrated back to the top up 400 package.
