My cell phone line was suspended, when I called MTN call centre they advised me that my data charges was over R1500 which I don't understand as I use my data over wifi for my blackberry. I am on mtn500 option with 500mb of data. I had asked mtn to please investigate where why my data charges was so high and they promised to get back to me within 3 days, apon calling them they said it will now take 7 to 8 days, apon calling them again on the 10th day this time they said it will now take 3 to 4 weeks as they have a backlog of complaints and investigations with regard to data charges. MTN I pay my monthly bills on time, is this the service I get? Why is mtn having backlogs on packet switched data charges, is it possible that the fault is on mtn and that is why you have a backlog of investigations and complaints?
Please may I get urgent feedback as to why my packet switched data charges are so high!
