We lodge a complaint on the 9th of october for unusually high data charges of R4000 on a Red Vip account one of the charges was for R2700 for a 2second download as to date Vodacom has not given us any report back on the data charges and the service that we are receiving from what should be a "VIP" account is shocking. they are threatening to suspend our other accounts if we do not pay. typical blue chip company bulling its consumer.
