Every alternate month or so I saw ridiculously high data charges coming off my iphone 4S. It started to worry me as this particular phone in question is a private phone. It started with R600 then 1200 then 2700 was the last straw. I put on a data bundle, did not receive any sms's indicating my data bundle was about to run out.
I have an ipad for browsing, wifi at home, switch my cellular data off at home and apparently I have used 2700 worth of data? Your customer care call centre is useless, I have a screenshot of waiting over 30 minutes, with nobody answering. I went into your pretoria branch, logged a complaint and query, was supposed to receive an sms with a ref number. One never came. Neither did your response regarding both alternate months data query.
Your bill never reaches me on time (and is a month in arrears)
I would like to be refunded for these bogus data charges!!
