Internet charges to my account, no explanation!

I have lost count on how many times I am submitting this complaint. Just because Vodacom refunded me for the useless faulty Blackberry Bold they feel its okay to ignore the charges on my account. Charges for INTERNET USAGE on a Blackberry subscription I have been paying for the last 2 years. No explanation as to how those charges were billed, or why they were billed. They were just billed and I have been paying for this via debit order. It only came to my attention when I requested itemized billing on my other contract (a data contract) which is linked to my Blackberry contract. I checked online a few months ago and saw these charges only on my November and December bill, I contacted vodacom, they apologized profusely and said I would be refunded for the charges and the "inhibiter" would be activated so no chance of further charges. On closer inspection, I noticed these charges were on EVERY SINGLE MONTH going back as far as the system would allow. I chose Blackberry because I dont want data charges & I have been paying for "internet usage" over and above BIS? I dont download stuff, I have had a WIFI contract for the last 8 months, so how are these charges justified?
