My invoices all of a sudden have data charges to the excess of R500 even though I have a 2Gb re-occurring data bundle loaded on my monthly bundle. I checked my itemized bill and I was charged for data since the beginning of the month. I raised the query via MTN Active's website and for 2 weeks I have not had any response from them. Now I have received my invoice for the month of March and again there are data charges!!
I need to get the back dated invoices / charger resolved as I have every time made my payments to keep my phone active.
This is really ridiculous, please assist.
