Poor service from MTN again

I was sold a MTN Ipad contract which the consultant ensured me that the ipad can do that future. Connect as a Wi-Fi hotspot. When i got the unit, i tried to find this function, but without any success. I then took it to an Apple store and asked them how to connect it; they told me the Ipad 4 can't do that function. I took the unit back to the store where i got it, and asked them to do it, unfortunately the consultant that sold me the unit was off sick, and was told to come back tomorrow. I went back the next day and once again he was off sick. I handed the unit in and told them i wanted it swooped for something that can do it or cancel the contract. Still no reply from MTN for 3 days, so i told them i will give them another couple of days. In total i gave them just over a week, but they still could not answer me, so i asked them to cancel the deal, as they sold me something that they said it can do, and it can't be done. It has now been over a week and still can't get this contract cancelled. I handed everything back to them 2 weeks ago, and I can guarantee you I will be charged for it the end of the month for something I have not got.
