I am so extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service and attitude of Vodacom I wish I could just cancel my contract.
I got a brand new blackberry from them on the 24th of Dec 2012, friendliest service at that time. On 1 Feb 2013 my BBM stopped working and could not access anything that required BIS.
So I took my new (broken) phone to Vodacom on the 3rd of Feb 2013. The consultant tried fixing the problem but without any success. He said it was my sim card and he sold me a new one and did a sim swop and off I went only to come back the next day to tell him that it is still broken.

I then dealt with a consultant that could not speak proper English. My phone went in for repairs on the 4th of Feb.

On the 12th I got my sms to say that my phone can be collected, without them even checking my phone at Vodacom they gave it back and said that it was fixed.
I went home and what do you know... it was still not working!!!
I took the phone back to them on the 13th and had to explain everything all over again. They apologised and said that they are sending my phone to blackberry themselves for one of their specialists to look at it on the 22 of February 2013
