Got an iPad 3 on a upgrade on the 17 January 2013, on the .19 January 2013 spoke to the staff about problems with the unit, and they said rather bring it back so they can give us a new unit. They said it will be two to three days before the new unit will be in store. Took the iPad back the following day and was then told it will be seven to fourteen days. I don't understand why they give us conflicting time frames. I called the Auto Page call center to report my unhappiness, till today I have had no feedback from the call center. I get no calls from the store to keep me updated, I must call them to find out and then they just say they don't have any answers for me.
I have called to try get hold of the MD of Auto Page but it seems he is out of reach for his customers, he sits in his ivory tower and don't care that the wheels of his company is falling off. DONT DEAL WITH AUTO PAGE!!!
