I'm very unhappy with the service from mtn

I applied for a cell phone contract on the 11th the july after i saw the Apple iPad mini 16GB wifi and cellular deal and thought since it says cellular i'll be able to make calls, was told i'll have to wait for 2 weeks and i was fine with it collected my phone on Monday 22nd signed for it nothing was explained so i asked the consultant how do i check my balance and if i can load airtime after the data bundles have been depleted i was told i won't be able to load airtime if i want to check my balance i can dial 808 i asked if i can make a call on my iPad and the consultant agreed

when i got home and could not find the dial option i went back to mtn that is when the consultant checked the iPad and said i won't be able make calls i then asked if i can choose another handset since the one i had is not what i had expected as advertised i was told i can't told them since it is still with
in 7 days i now want to cancel i was told i won't be able to since i'd used some data bundles i advised the iPad does not come with a manual so i had to go on line to get the user guid but i can pay for what i've used i was still told i cannot change the phone or cancel what about the NCA provisions
