BAD Service!

I handed my Ipad 2 in 27 may cause the 3g have not worked for months, and i waited a week before it reached apple, a week after that i was told that i must pay R3000 to have it repaired cause it was abused, it was handed in perfect condition and i was told there were dents on that unit, apple refuse to fix it and less i pay R3000 that is insane almost a new unit and its still under its 1 year guarantee...

last week friday the lady at repairs told me that thats how apple work they wont fix it even if it have scratch on i was like in WOW??
i told her there is no way will pay R3000 i want it back, i was told your drivers will get it on monday and will be back in the store, its friday now STILL WAITING, I am teaching classes on Saturdays with that Ipad, its the 2nd weekend now that i am unable to teach class...

your service is so is your suppliers repair policies for units that STILL UNDER GUARANTEE!!!
the people at that branch show no interest, i was there today 14-6-2013 ate 17:30 to find if my Ipad is there
LOL to no surprise staff just walking by as i stand and wait to be helped at repairs, no interest was given untill i was helped eventually.
