My mother in law bought my wife a Angel baby monitor. We then received the package and opened it we could see that the unit was either used for display or already sold to another customer as the unit was chipped at the bottom and the plastic was opened inside the box. We then took the unit back and also explained that my mom was sold a more expensive unit than what we wanted and we explained that we want the cheaper unit and the difference must be paid back to the card holder. This all occurred within 7 days. The store manager then told us she will not refund the money and we can only get a gift voucher.
I feel it is pathetic as the unit was used and it all happened within 7 days, my mom was oversold by the salesperson and I feel she was taken advantage of. We now sit with a gift voucher that we do not want to use as we never want to support Baby City again.
