I have made a trade in (2010) and was told that a tracker specialist will arrange for the unit to be transferred to my new car however the car was sold within two weeks and Tracker took time to arrange for the unit to be removed from my old car.
I have been called and sent sms about the where about of the car for the past two years and have continuously called Tracker to advise that i do not own the car anymore hence they have agreed to install the new unit on my other car and have agreed to that. At the moment i am paying for two unit and have been transferred to one pillar to another without anyone willing to take the responsibility. I am tired of calling your call centre. I need someone to cancel the previous contract or transfer the contract to my new car as that what I was told will happen and disconnect the unit from the other car.
