I logged a complaint asking why is the Personal Hotspot not available on an Apple iPad running 8ta. This function is however available on the Apple iPad when running either Vodacom, Cell C or MTN.
First two replies via email was very good/promising, creating the expectation that someone is trying to assist.
Third reply via email was absolutely terrible. "We have confirmed that this feature is not supported by 8ta on the iPad or iPad mini. We apologize for all inconveniences caused." This is not answering my original question of why not?
I need this function and with this reply will take my 3 products and move to a supplier that can/want to deliver! Seems like you don't want the business! Good Bye.
