I sent my blackberry 9360 in for repairs at the vodacom repair centre alberton on the 16 of december 2012 when i got an sms to say the phone is ready i phoned them and they said that the phone was not fixed because we did not give authorisation on the price which i then said to them okay well now i am authorising it and they said that the phone would be fixed and that was middle of january. today is the 26 of february and i phoned them again and they still have not fixed the phone because they say it has not been authorised and then the lady from the repair centre asked if we have collected the phone because she cannot find it. this is terrible service and they have no communication with the customer and i hope it gets fixed soon
