I took my phone in for repairs on the 13th of February 2013. The very same day I received an sms saying I should go and collect the phone but it had not been fixed. I called Vodacom, they really confirmed that it had not been fixed. I wish I understood why they sent me the sms if they had not done what I needed them to.
Here is their reason for not fixing the phone: It has physical damage...(which is what I had taken it in for) and they don't repair physically damaged phones. Now, if I bought the phone from them and they cannot fix it... WHO WILL???
