I got a nokia E6 on contract with mtn sometime in may 2012.The phone died on 29/03/13 and I took in for repairs on the 02/04/13 at the mtn boksburg repair center and was told that it would be ready for collection within 2days and they'll contact me regarding the collection.2 weeks down the line my husband went to boksburg to find out what was taking so long.he found the phone ready for collection but nobody phoned me as promised when i took it in, the worst is that it wasnt fixed. He was told is because of corotion and mtn wasnt prepared to fix it for me even though its still under warranty.when I phoned the call center to complain, the lady told me that moist from my ear when I speak long on the phone could have gone into the phone and caused the damage. How is that my fault? When I got the phone, the sales lady neva told me not to speak long on the phone as it might cause damage. I've been a contract customer with mtn since 2002 and never claimed or asked for phone sto be fixed and this is the loyalty thanx I get? I ask Mtn to terminate my contract with immediate effect if they cannot fix the phone or replace it as I'm not goingto pay for a dead phone for the next 15months
